Trainings - customized to individual roles
The Service Manager Designer, who develop a general concept and stay on top of the project, play a central and important role. The Service Manager Administrators put the ITSM platform specifications into practical use. They build all necessary routines, tie third-party systems (e.g. Active Directory or Asset Management) using SCSM interfaces to the ITSM platform and ensure correct access rights. The SCSM Operators are responsible for the operation of the System Center Service Manager platform. They monitor whether the system is up and running, solve possible problems and thus guarantee a smooth operation.
