Trainings - customized to individual roles

Typical projects dealing with the implementation of Microsoft System Center Service Manager include employees with different responsibilities.

The Service Manager Designer, who develop a general concept and stay on top of the project, play a central and important role.

The Service Manager Administrators put the ITSM platform specifications into practical use. They build all necessary routines, tie third-party systems (e.g. Active Directory or Asset Management) using SCSM interfaces to the ITSM platform and ensure correct access rights.
