If you would like to monitor something more specific or suited to your needs, Network Manager Io gives you the chance to create your own rules in just a few minutes!

Network Manager Io will help you decide which elements to monitor and set the correct thresholds through automatic thresholding and predefined policy templates. Starting to monitor your network is only a matter of minutes.

Automatic Topology (optional feature)

Along with Savision Live Maps, it is now possible to automatically discover the topology of your network. Xian Network Manager Io R2 will discover all the topology relationships of its monitored devices. Live Maps will use this information to automatically draw such relationships of network devices and Windows servers diagrams displayed on the OpsMgr console. This feature needs to be purchased separately.

Quick and simple Deployment

An intelligent design enables Xian NM to guarantee the scalability of the system. In other words, Xian NM can grow along with your monitoring needs whether you need to monitor one device or several thousand. If at a certain moment your hardware is not sufficient you can simply add an additional Ops Mgr 2007 Management Server with Xian NM to double your capacity.

Seamless Integration with System Center Operations Manager

Xian Network Manager Io has been built from the ground up to integrate with Ops Mgr 2007. Not only do alerts and performance data arrive fast and without problems but also full device/server discovery information is sent to Ops Mgr to give you a complete overview of your devices and servers. In addition, most features of our easy to use UI are accesible directly through the Ops Mgr 2007 console.

Reporting

A set of special reports for Ops Mgr 2007 Reporting is available in Xian NM and provides you with the possibility to do any required long term analysis on the retrieved performance data.
